Alex Najarian is an associate at The Corneal Law Firm, where he focuses on intellectual property, sports and entertainment law, corporate law, and federal litigation. His work spans both transactional and litigation matters, providing clients with comprehensive guidance across the business, sports, and entertainment industries.
A graduate of St. John’s University (J.D.), Alex counsels individuals and organizations on all aspects of their enterprises, including intellectual property protection, brand licensing, sponsorships and endorsements, content and music distribution, personal appearances, and touring agreements. He also advises on the acquisition, enforcement, and management of trademarks and copyrights.
Beyond the entertainment and sports sectors, Alex represents corporations in transactional matters and state and federal litigation, addressing corporate governance, securities issues, shareholder disputes, and business torts. He is also a licensed sports agent with both the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) and the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), bringing a unique, industry-informed perspective to his practice.
In addition to his legal practice, Alex has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Flagler College, where he shared his expertise with students in a classroom setting.

Seth Corneal has practiced law since 2000, beginning in Florida and later expanding his licensure to Pennsylvania. His work across the East Coast has cultivated a sophisticated perspective that informs both his legal strategy and client relationships.
A graduate of Washington & Lee University and Stetson University College of Law, Seth concentrates on business, corporate, and real estate law. Distinct from many practitioners, he brings significant experience beyond the practice of law. As an entrepreneur, he has founded and operated multiple successful ventures, including a CrossFit gym in State College, Pennsylvania, a title company in St. Augustine, Florida, and a sports and entertainment agency.
Seth has also taught at the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University, reinforcing his commitment to the intersection of law and business. Having led organizations with more than 50 employees across multiple locations, he offers a practical understanding of the operational and strategic challenges his clients face.
